The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted, provided that your enquiry has been conclusively answered and there are no legal obligations to retain data, e.g. for processing a possible subsequent contract.

We offer you the opportunity to apply for a job with us through our website. By applying in this way, the data related with your application will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of completing the application procedure.
We process your personal data in order to handle your application and to ensure that we can fill the open positions in an optimal manner. The legal basis for this is our overriding legitimate interest in conducting an efficient application process (Article 6 (1) (f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) as well as the necessity to take certain pre-contractual steps (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We collect this data as part of the application process, either when you provide it to us (for example, by sending us your CV) or when we collect it ourselves (for example, by taking notes during an interview).
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not do so, we will not be able to complete the application process with you.
If the application process is not successful, we will retain your data for six months from the date of completion. Facebook
To promote our products and services and to communicate with interested parties or customers, our company is active on Facebook.
On this social media platform we are jointly responsible with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland.
The data protection officer of Facebook can be reached via a contact form:
https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/540977946302970
We have regulated the joint control in an agreement regarding the respective obligations according to GDPR. This agreement, from which the mutual obligations arise, can be accessed via the following link:
https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum
The legal basis for the processing of personal data which takes place as a result of this agreement and which is reproduced below is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, communication, sales and promotion of our products and services.
The legal basis may also be the user’s consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR to the platform operator. The user can withdraw this consent for the future at any time by notifying the platform operator in accordance with Article 7 (3) GDPR.
When our company page is accessed on the Facebook platform, user data (e.g. personal information, IP address etc.) are processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd. as the platform operator in the EU.
This user data is used for statistical information about the use of our company page on Facebook. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd. uses this data for market research and advertising purposes as well as to create user profiles. These profiles enable Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd. to, for example, to tailor the ads to users’ interests within and outside of Facebook. If the user is logged in to his or her Facebook account at the time of access, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd. can also link the data to the respective user account.
In the event that the user contacts us via Facebook, the user’s personal data entered on this occasion will be used to process the request. The user’s data will be deleted by us, provided that the user’s enquiry has been finally answered and no legal retention obligations, e.g. in the case of subsequent contract processing, stand in the way.
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd. may also use cookies to process the data.
If the user does not agree to this processing, it is possible to prevent the installation of cookies by setting the browser accordingly. Cookies you have already saved can also be deleted at any time. The settings for this depend on the respective browser. In the case of Flash cookies, processing cannot be prevented by the browser settings, but by the corresponding setting of the Flash Player. If the user prevents or restricts the installation of cookies, this may mean that not all Facebook functions can be used to their full extent.
More details on the processing activities, their prevention and the deletion of the data processed by Facebook can be found in the Facebook Data Policy:
https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation
It is not excluded that processing by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd. may also be carried out via Meta Platforms, Inc., formerly Facebook Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025 in the US.

Facebook Pixel
We also use the “Facebook Pixel” on our website. This allows us to track our users’ behaviour once they have clicked on a Facebook ad, meaning we can evaluate ads for statistical and market research purposes and optimise future advertising measures.
Another useful feature is being able to see which interactions have been carried out on the website (e.g. downloads) (see Event Tracking).
This function also allows the website’s visitors to see interest-based advertisements (“Facebook ads”) when they visit the Facebook social network (see Custom Audiences). For this to happen, we have implemented the Facebook Pixel on our website. Through the Facebook Pixel, a direct connection to the Facebook servers is established when visiting the website. This informs the Facebook server that you have visited the website and Facebook then assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account.
No personal data is made available to us in the process. At the same time, the data is also stored and processed by Facebook itself, making it possible for Facebook to link this data to the respective Facebook user profile. Facebook may use this data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy. The consent for this lies within Facebook’s sphere and cannot be influenced by us. Further information on Facebook’s collection and use of data as well as your rights and options related to the protection of your privacy can be found in Facebook’s Privacy Policy.

Event Tracking
Our website uses the associated Event Tracking in addition to the Facebook Pixel.
An event is a specific action that a visitor takes on our website, such as registering for a newsletter, requesting an appointment or the like. This helps us to better measure the achievement of our online campaigns and to assess how successful an online campaign was: allfacebook.de/fbmarketing/facebook-pixel

Custom Audiences
Our website uses Facebook's “Custom Audiences” remarketing function, which uses the Facebook Pixel installed on our website to recognise visitors that are already logged-in together with the information on which of our pages the visit took place. Targeted advertisements can then be played to these visitors.

Advanced matching
We also use the Facebook Pixel's advanced data matching to achieve better results. Using advanced data matching, the Facebook Pixel interacts with data processing operations on the landing page itself and thus also enables the collection of direct personal customer data from the user. Together with the data on user behaviour, hashed customer information – specifically the e-mail address – is transferred to Facebook via advanced matching and evaluated there, enabling us to define our target groups even more precisely.

When our online presence is called up on the Instagram platform, user data (e.g. personal information, IP address etc.) are processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd. as the platform operator in the EU.
This user data is used for statistical information about the use of our company presence on Instagram. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd. uses this data for market research and advertising purposes as well as to create user profiles. If the user prevents or restricts the installation of cookies, this may mean that not all Facebook functions can be used to their full extent.
More details on the processing activities, their prevention and the deletion of the data processed by Instagram can be found in the Instagram Data Policy:
https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875
It is not excluded that processing by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, formerly Facebook Ireland Ltd. may also be carried out via Meta Platforms, Inc., formerly Facebook Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025 in the US.

Pinterest
We maintain an online presence at Pinterest to present our company and our services and to communicate with customers/interested parties. Pinterest is a service of Pinterest Inc., 651 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA, 94107, USA.
In this respect, we would like to point out that there is a possibility that user data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the US. This may increase the risks for users in that, for example, subsequent access to user data may be made more difficult. We also have no access to this user data. Pinterest has the exclusive right of access.
You can find Pinterest’s privacy policy at

YouTube
We maintain an online presence on YouTube to present our company and our services and to communicate with customers/interested parties. YouTube is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA.
In this respect, we would like to point out that there is a possibility that user data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the US. The access possibility lies exclusively with YouTube.
The YouTube privacy policy can be found at

Linking Social-Media via graphic or text link
On our website, we also advertise our presence on the social networks listed below. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents an automatic connection to the respective server of the social network when a website with a social media application is called up and displays a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the respective graphic is the user redirected to the service of the respective social network.
When the user has been redirected, information about that user is collected by the respective network. It cannot be excluded that the data collected in this manner will be processed in the US.
Initially, this is data such as IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into his user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator may be able to assign the collected information of the user’s specific visit to the user’s personal account. If the user interacts via a “share” button of the respective network, this information can be stored in the user’s personal user account and possibly published. If the user wishes to prevent the information collected from being directly assigned to his/her user account, he/she must log out before clicking on the graphic. It is also possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.

We use Google Maps on our website to display our location, to show the locations of our dealers, and to provide directions. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as “Google”.
To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the US is established when our website is called up.
Provided you call up the Google Maps component integrated into our website, Google will store a cookie on your end device via your Internet browser. In order to display our location and to provide directions, your user settings and data are processed. We cannot exclude the possibility that Google uses servers in the US.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimisation of the functionality of our website.
By establishing a connection to Google in this way, Google can determine from which website your enquiry has been sent and to which IP address the directions are to be sent.
If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies via the relevant settings in your Internet browser. You will find details on this under the item “cookies” above.
The usage of Google Maps and the information obtained via Google Maps is undertaken in accordance with Google’s Terms of Service https://policies.google.com/terms and the Terms of Service for Google Maps https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.

We use Google reCAPTCHA on our website to check and avoid interactions on our website through automated access, e.g. through so-called bots. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as “Google”.
This service enables Google to determine from which website an enquiry is sent and from which IP address you are using the so-called reCAPTCHA input box. In addition to your IP address, Google may also collect other information that is necessary for the offer and guarantee of this service.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the security of our website as well as the prevention of unwanted, automated access in the form of spam or similar.

https://policies.google.com/privacy
to provide further information, in particular on how to prevent the use of data.

YouTube
We use YouTube on our website. This is a video portal of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, hereinafter referred to as “YouTube”.
YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
We use YouTube in conjunction with the “Enhanced Privacy Mode” function to show you videos. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website. According to YouTube, the function “Extended Privacy Mode” results in the data – described in more detail below – to be transmitted to the YouTube server only once you start actually playing a video.
Without this “Extended Privacy Mode”, a connection to the YouTube server in the US is established as soon as you call up one of our Internet pages on which a YouTube video is embedded.
This connection is required in order to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. During this, YouTube will record and process at least your IP address, the date and time, as well as the website you have visited. In addition, a connection to the “DoubleClick” advertising network of Google is established.
If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the information regarding your connection to your YouTube account. If you wish to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website, or adjust the settings accordingly in your YouTube user account.
For the purpose of functionality as well as for the analysis of user behaviour, YouTube permanently stores cookies on your end device via your internet browser. If you do not agree to this processing, it is possible to prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your internet browser settings. You will find more detailed information on this under “cookies” above.
Google offers further information on the collection and use of data, as well as on your relevant rights and means of protection. This is available under https://policies.google.com/privacy accessible data protection information.

Vimeo
We use Vimeo to display videos on our website. This is a service of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA, hereinafter referred to as "Vimeo."
The legal basis for collecting and processing this information is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website.
When you access a page on our website that has Vimeo embedded in it, a connection to Vimeo's servers in the USA is established. For technical reasons, it is necessary for Vimeo to process your IP address. In addition, the date and time of your visit to our website will also be recorded.
If you are logged into Vimeo while visiting one of our webpages containing a Vimeo video, Vimeo will associate information about your interaction with our site to your Vimeo account. If you wish to prevent this, you must either log out of Vimeo before visiting our website or configure your Vimeo user account accordingly.
For the purpose of functionality and usage analysis, Vimeo uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics stores cookies on your terminal device via your browser and transmits information about the use of those websites in which a Vimeo video is embedded to Google. It is possible that Google will process this information in the USA.
If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser. Further details can be found in the section about cookies above.
The legal basis for collecting and processing this information is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website and in Vimeo's legitimate interest in statistically analyzing user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.

Google AdWords with conversion tracking
We deploy the advertising component Google AdWords and the so-called conversion tracking on our website. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as “Google”.
We use conversion tracking in order to promote our offer in a targeted manner. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.
If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, our deployed conversion tracking saves a cookie on your end device. These so-called “conversion cookies” lose their validity after 30 days, in some cases after 90 days, and in any case do not enable you to be identified personally.
Provided the cookie is still valid and you are visiting a particular page of our website, both we and Google are able to plot that you have clicked on one of our ads displayed on Google and have subsequently been redirected to our website.
Google uses the information obtained in this way to draw up statistics about your visit to our website. It also provides us with information regarding the number of users who clicked on our ad(s), as well as which of our website pages were subsequently called up. However, neither we nor third parties also using Google AdWords are able to identify you in this way.
You can also prevent or restrict the installation of cookies via the relevant settings in your Internet browser. You can simultaneously delete cookies already stored at any time. However, the steps and measures required for this depend on the Internet browser you are using. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your Internet browser or contact its producer or support.

Google offers further information on this subject, in particular on the possibilities of preventing the use of data.

Google Remarketing or “similar target groups” component of Google
We deploy the remarketing or “similar target groups” function on our website. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as “Google”.
We deploy this function to deliver interest-based, personalised advertising to third-party websites that are also part of Google's advertising network.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.
In order to enable this advertising service, during your visit to our website Google stores a cookie with a sequence of numbers on your end device via your Internet browser. This cookie anonymously records both your visit and the use of our website. However, personal data is not passed on in this process. Provided you subsequently visit the website of a third party who also uses Google’s advertising network, it is possible that advertisements will appear referring to our website, or to our offers.
To permanently deactivate this function, Google offers the following options for the most common Internet browsers
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin
a browser plugin.
Likewise, the use of cookies from certain providers can be prevented, e.g. via
https://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices
or
https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/
by selecting the opt-out option.
Through so-called cross device marketing, Google may be able to track your usage behaviour across multiple devices, so that you are able to see interest-based, personalised advertising, even if you change end devices. However, this requires you to have agreed to having your browsing history linked to your existing Google Account.
Google offers further information about Google Remarketing under

Google Analytics

Insofar as you have provided your consent, Google Analytics , a web analysis service of Google LLC, is used on this website. The controller for users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).

Scope of processing
Google Analytics uses cookies to enable an analysis of how you use our web pages. The information collected with cookies about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
We utilise the user ID function. With the user ID, we are able to assign a unique, persistent ID to one or more sessions (and the activities within these sessions) in order to analyse user behaviour across devices.
We use Google Signals. This collects additional information in Google Analytics about users who have activated personalised ads (interests and demographic data), and ads can be delivered to these users in remarketing campaigns across devices. Our website also uses Google Analytics performance reports based on demographic characteristics and interests as well as reports on impressions in the Google Display network. You can disable Google Analytics for Display advertising and configure the ads in the Google Display network by opening the ad settings with this link:https://www.google.de/settings/ads.
The anonymisation of IP addresses is activated by default in Google Analytics 4. Due to the IP anonymisation, Google truncates your IP address within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is a full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. According to Google, the IP address sent from your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other data held by Google.
During your website visit, your user behaviour is collected in the form of “events”. Events could be:

  • Page views
  • First visit to the site
  • Start of the session
  • Your “click path”, interaction with the website
  • Scrolling (whenever a user scrolls to the page end (90%))
  • Clicks on external links
  • Internal search queries
  • Interaction with videos
  • File downloads
  • Viewed / clicked ads
  • Language setting

The following is also collected:

  • Your approximate location (region)
  • Your IP address (in abbreviated form)
  • Technical information about your browser and the devices used by you (e.g. language setting, screen resolution)
  • Your internet provider
  • The referrer URL (website / advertisement from which you navigated to this website)

Purposes of the processing
Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purposes of assessing your use of this website and compiling reports on the website activities. The reports provided by Google Analytics serve for analysing the performance of our website and the success of our marketing campaigns.

Recipients
The recipients of the data are / could be:

  • Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (as processor as per Article 28 GDPR)
  • Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA
  • Alphabet Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA

It cannot be ruled out that authorities in the USA may access the data stored with Google.

Third country transfer
Insofar as data are processed outside of the EU/EEA where a data protection level complying with the European standard does not exist, we have concluded EU standard contract clauses with the service provider in order to ensure an appropriate level of data protection. The parent company of Google Ireland, Google LLC, is registered in California, USA. A transfer of data to the USA and access by US authorities to the data stored with Google cannot be ruled out. The USA is currently considered a third country from the perspective of data protection. You do not have the same rights there as within the EU/EEA. You may not have any legal remedy with respect to data access by authorities.

Duration of storage
The data sent by us and linked to cookies are automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data at the end of the retention period takes place automatically within one month.

Legal basis
The legal basis for this data processing is your consent as per Article 6 (1)(1)(a) GDPR

Revocation
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by opening the cookie settings and changing your selection there. The legality of the processing that took place based on the consent prior to this revocation remains hereby unaffected.
You can also prevent the storage of cookies directly in your browser settings. However, if you configure your browser to reject all cookies, this may restrict the functionality available on this and other websites. You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and associated with your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google in one of the following ways:
a. Do not give your consent to the use of cookies
b. Download and install the browser add-on for deactivating Google Analytics HERE.

Amazon Cloud Front – CDN
We use Amazon Cloud Front as CDN to make our website faster and more secure. The provider of the CDN is Amazon Web Services Inc, 440 Terry Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109, US.
Of course we want to offer you the best possible service via our website. Amazon Cloud Front helps us to make our website faster and more secure.
A Content Delivery Network (CDN) is a network of servers connected via the Internet. Amazon has distributed said servers around the world in order to bring websites to your faster. Simply put: Amazon makes copies of our website and loads them onto their own servers. Now when you visit our website, a burden-sharing system ensures that most of our website is delivered from the server that can display our website to you the fastest. The CDN considerably shortens the distance of the data transfer to your browser. As a result of this, the content of our website is delivered to you by Amazon not only from our hosting server, but from servers all over the world.
In most cases, Amazon receives data such as IP addresses, security fingerprints, DNS protocol data and performance data for web pages derived from browser activity. Protocol data helps Amazon to identify new threats, for example. This enables Amazon to ensure a high level of security protection for our website. Amazon processes this data as part of its services in compliance with the applicable laws. This of course includes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
