My work combines structure and sensitivity – designed to be experienced, to inspire and to stand the test of time.
INSPIRED BY NATURE
nya is a table that blends soft lines, organic stylistic elements and striking details into an expressive overall look. Combined with the sculptural metal frame, the result is a well-matched architectural ensemble. Right from the start, the tactile experience of the materials and shapes was central to the design. The aesthetic is inspired by nature, the use of material deliberately restrained. nya is fascinating because its transitions are seamless, yet its shapes remain clean and well-defined. Colour, finish and feel are carefully coordinated so the table fits timelessly into a variety of spaces.

STRUCTURE AND SENSITIVITY
Stephanie Jasny lives in Berlin. As an industrial designer specialising in furniture, she has realised numerous projects with well-known furniture manufacturers. From 2009 to 2015, she taught design at the Berlin University of the Arts and founded her own studio in 2010.
Her work is defined by clarity and structure, combined with a keen eye for detail. The designs are meant to be experienced, to withstand everyday use, and to remain relevant for years to come – qualities that are also reflected in the nya table and chair ensemble.
